Yes, I remember all too well when it was really cold! Today I spent the better part of the day winterizing my boat which has 3 engines and ac and fresh water, toilets, & more that had to be winterized. So Yes, I remember when it was really cold because I go through this ritual every winter here in Chicago. I seem to spend all my time outside of boating working on a site of mine that has <a href="http://www.hotboatdeals.com/>boats for sale</a> among many other things but having the site drives me crazy and also helps me keep my sanity while it is so cold. On another note, my wife and kids and I drive to Florida each spring break to spend some time in the sun. Your B&B Seems like it'd be about half way or more on the way down. Sound about right?
